Returns

We want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from Petalura, but if something isn’t as expected or just doesn’t suit you, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. You can return unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise for any reason within 60 days from the date you receive it.

Please note, personalized items are not returnable unless defective. We ask that you let us know about any sign of damage or discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot refund shipping and handling charges, nor can we offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

Email us at customerservice@petalura.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line and we’ll send you a prepaid return mailing label. We’ll deduct $6.95 per label from your return credit.

Make sure your packing list with your name and order number are included in the package, and ship via the insured, trackable carrier of your choice to:

Please allow 1–2 weeks for returns to be processed.
